Jonesboro Health Food was founded in 1975 as a small business with limited merchandise and a goal to supply the public with the tools needed to supply a healthy lifestyle. Over the years the business has changed and grown to accommodate the growing needs of the community. In 2014, new owners -James and Amanda Yates- completely renovated the store; doubling the square footage and adding office space for consultations as well as increasing vitamin, herb, supplement, and essential oil selections. In 2015, we have added bulk herbs, spices, and teas to our store.

James, Amanda, and our staff are dedicated to helping individuals achieve good health through diet, nutrition, and supplements. We sell guaranteed potency vitamins, herbs, and supplements. Jonesboro Health Food also carries clean health and beauty products and green household cleaners.
In 2017, we opened Mt. Of Olives next door to Jonesboro Health Food. Mt. Of Olives is Northeast Arkansas' first store dedicated the heath benefits of Pure Unadulterated Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Flavored Olive Oil, and Flavored Balsamic Vinegars. Along with that, we carry local honey. JHF also provides free educational information as well as a large selection of nutritional books for purchase. |

We are unique in our field because of the knowledge base we are able to provide. Amanda Yates holds a Doctorate of Natural Health from Clayton College, a Masters in Iridology from Trinity College, a board certification in Nutrition, and 12 years of experience in the health food field.
What sets us apart from or competition is our sincere desire to help each customer.
